What personal data we collect and why we collect it
As a rule, The 786 Club retains personal contact information for the purposes of carrying out the Club’s mission and enhancing the Club experience for its members. The 786 Club does not and will not share or sell any member information to a third party.
While using the Club website, members may connect to other content providers on the internet. For example, there maybe links to videos or images that were not created by nor are controlled by The Club. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the member has visited the other website.
When members log in, the site sets up several cookies to save login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Members have the right, at any time, to see all personal information being held, and also, to direct that their information be changed or removed from Club records.
